Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though not exactly like the pictures, were clean and equipped with a full kitchenette, which was a plus. The service was friendly and kind overall, but I was a bit disappointed that they wouldn't take responsibility for our vehicle. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the convention center and Gaslamp area, but the 'bar vie' was much too small. Dining options were good, with diverse choices, but there could be slight improvements in managing crowd flow during peak times. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a good size and very clean, although somewhat narrow with limited space for workouts. The service was friendly and accommodating, with a sharp and pleasant staff. The location was extraordinary, right in the heart of downtown with excellent facilities nearby for dining and entertainment. The dining experience was very nice, offering a diverse selection of hot and cold options. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were clean and large, offering a kitchenette for preparing meals, though a lingering smell was a minor issue that required keeping the windows open. Overall, the stay was satisfactory for the price paid, with the potential for improvement at a slightly higher cost.
